Attendees will be given practical, take-home strategies for ‘fighting fair’ and experiencing the power that comes with approaching conflicts in ways that are considerate of both people and results.

This session will provide an opportunity to participate in multiple hot-topic round table discussions. Topics will be explored from the varied perspectives of the table participants. There will be three different round table segments, each with a different topic.

Kat Perkins appeared on season 6 of NBC’s The Voice. She turned 3 chairs during her blind audition and sailed into the finals with help from her coach, Adam Levine. She grew up in Scranton, North Dakota surrounded by a family of musicians and quickly knew at a young age that performing is what she wanted to make her life career. Being on The Voice brought new platforms of success and opportunities Kat’s way. In addition to continuing her musical career, she speaks about following your dreams, living a fearless life, and making a positive impact on the world. Kat started the nonprofit foundation, The Rising Star Foundation, which provides scholarships and opportunity for aspiring musicians. Kat’s presentation will include a musical performance.
